Company Wiki
A custom wiki for company-wide knowledge management. Employees can submit new questions—which can be added to the FAQ category—suggestions—which can be converted to IT tickets—and informational/instructional pages. An automated approval workflow facilitates the review process. Approved pages are automatically published. The wiki home page displays recently published pages. Each wiki page has custom metadata to enable authors to easily capture information related to the main content of the page (such as categories, approval status and contact info).
