Our Implementation Methodology

We will first work with you to understand your detailed goals and requirements. As needed, we’ll deliver specifications for components of the system. Then we’ll build the system. We typically perform unit testing as we build each component of the system, and we perform end-to-end system testing after all initial functionality has been built. To the extent that you need, we will deliver documentation, training and go-live support. We typically include a period of warranty support—including additional training, on-demand tech support, issue resolution and continuous system improvements—at no additional cost. We have various support plans to lower costs and add value. We never charge for quick communications. In general, we help our customers in every way possible, forever, because we never want you to feel stuck or alone.
